Daily Inspiration｜Mexico Cup of Excellence #1 Natural | 91.13 Score (75 grams)｜ Other Products

This remarkable natural Geisha from Las Nieves is a true standout from Mexico’s 2024 Cup of Excellence, earning a top score of 91.13 and captivating judges with its layered complexity and vibrant clarity. Grown between 1,150 and 1,500 meters in the misty mountains of Oaxaca, this coffee represents the culmination of sustainability-focused innovation and uncompromising attention to detail.
The natural processing method, handled with precision by Gustavo and the cooperative team, brings forward an expressive and fruit-forward profile. It opens with rich maple sweetness and a soft nuttiness reminiscent of peanut brittle, then unfolds into bright notes of watermelon and peach. Floral undertones and ripe blackberry add elegance, while the juicy body and silky mouthfeel carry through to a clean, lasting finish.
This is a coffee that reflects not just exceptional growing conditions, but the care, vision, and collaboration behind every cherry. It's an extraordinary expression of craft, from a farm powered by renewable energy, rooted in community, and committed to pushing the boundaries of specialty coffee.
