Midleton Barry Crockett Legacy Irish Whiskey is the pinnacle of Midleton Distillery's single pot still range and the first Irish Distillers whiskey since John Jameson to carry a master distiller's name. Barry Crockett was born at the distillery and served as its master distiller for decades, shaping the modern Midleton style. His Legacy is a selection of pot still whiskeys matured exclusively in American bourbon barrels, with a subtle contribution from pot still spirit aged in unseasoned American oak, bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration.Single pot still whiskey, made from malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled, is Ireland's native style, and this is one of its finest expressions: full and complex, with orchard fruit, vanilla, citrus and creamy pot still spice, refined and poised on a long finish.Presented in a wooden box, this 750ml bottle is a serious collector's whiskey.
