Taylor NOS 814ce Sunset Boulevard Next GenerationShaded Edgeburst Acoustic Electric
Flagship Grand Auditorium refinement with Next Generation performance and exceptional NOS value
The Taylor NOS 814ce Sunset Boulevard Next Generation Shaded Edgeburst Acoustic Electric is a one-off Grand Auditorium built for players who want flagship Taylor performance with a more modern and responsive feel. Its balanced projection, clear note separation, and expressive response make it equally rewarding for strumming, fingerstyle playing, and more nuanced acoustic work. As a Taylor NOS model, it offers an excellent opportunity to own a premium Taylor Acoustic Electric at a lower price while still enjoying dependable craftsmanship and long-term value.
This model incorporates Taylor's Next Generation updates to improve feel, resonance, sustain, and plugged-in realism. The result is a refined Acoustic Electric that feels more responsive under the hands, delivers a warmer and more dynamic voice, and offers greater confidence for both stage and studio use.
Next Generation updates for enhanced resonance and feel
Scalloped V-Class Bracing helps add warmth, power, and resonance for a more expressive and dynamic acoustic response. Taylor's Action Control Neck allows for fast, precise action adjustments while also improving tone transfer, and the long-tenon neck joint helps increase warmth and sustain through stronger neck-to-body energy transfer. Together, these features give the 814ce a more responsive and modern Grand Auditorium feel.
Clearer stage tone with modern Taylor performance
The Claria Pickup System is designed to deliver a clearer, more realistic acoustic sound when amplified, making this model especially appealing for players who need reliable plugged-in performance. The Next Gen Grand Auditorium redesign further supports the guitar's balanced, flexible voice, helping it perform comfortably across a wide range of musical settings.
One-off Sunset Boulevard styling with strong NOS value
The Shaded Edgeburst finish gives this one-off configuration a distinctive visual identity that stands apart from standard production offerings. As a Taylor NOS model, it also offers meaningful savings compared to a comparable new instrument, making it an appealing choice for players who want flagship Taylor quality with a more accessible entry point.
Why choose the Taylor NOS 814ce Sunset Boulevard Next Generation
This model is an excellent choice for players who want a flagship Grand Auditorium Acoustic Electric updated with Taylor's Next Generation improvements for warmer resonance, better adjustability, and more realistic plugged-in tone. Its one-off styling, refined responsiveness, and NOS pricing make it a smart way to step into a premium Taylor for less.
