Vollrath 6432320 Description

Made of a single piece for strength, the Vollrath 643230 spoodle’s shaft and bowl have a stainless steel construction, and the handle is composed of textured nylon. Designed to dish out as many as 3 ounces of product, the bowl has a round structure, and it’s perforated to drain unwanted liquid prior to plating. Its capacity is imprinted on the shaft, and the handle comes in black for a professional look. Ergonomic and textured, this handle withstands temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Because a stopper notch is built into its surface, it’s less likely to slide down when it’s placed on a food pan’s edge. An antimicrobial agent is integrated into the handle’s surface to defend against fast-growing microbes and maintain sanitation. It has a 131⁄16-inch length so users can reach into food pans.
