Bring The Starchild's charismatic frontman persona and Love Gun-era stage look to your collection with the KISS 12 Inch Action Figures Series One "The Starchild" from Figures Toy Company.
This 12-inch figure presents The Starchild, the charismatic guitarist and lead-vocal persona, in the theatrical black-and-silver stage costumes associated with the Love Gun era from 1977. Its star-over-eye makeup design and flamboyant frontman styling capture the particular performance look selected for the Love Gun Series 1.
The articulated body can be positioned for frontman moments inspired by guitar solos, microphone performances and interaction with the crowd. The cloth costume recreates the layered construction of the performance wardrobe and gives the figure a distinctly retro collectible feel.
With 16 points of articulation, The Starchild can be adjusted for expressive concert posing, including guitar-playing stances, microphone performances and energetic crowd-facing poses. The stage outfit includes a low cut leotard and fringed arm cuffs, as well as his chained platform shoes, recreating The Starchild's flamboyant frontman look with layered fabric and character-specific details. A Love Gun mini T-shirt is also packaged with the figure. Collectors can open the resealable clamshell for hands-on posing, then place the figure back inside with the original series presentation.
