SpecPatch 30 is a general-purpose, polymer-modified concrete repair mortar for floors, walls, precast, tilt-up, and masonry surfaces
SpecPatch 30 works for both horizontal and vertical applications, providing a durable repair that can be featheredged and shaped by shaving or sanding. It's suited to interior and exterior repairs up to 2 inches thick (4 inches in isolated areas) and meets ASTM C928, C109, and C882 standards.

Application Instructions
Ensure the concrete is sound and free of oil, grease, dust, laitance, and other contaminants
Saw-cut the perimeter 1/8" deeper than the repair depth for a notched, reinforced edge
Mechanically abrade to a minimum CSP of 5, keeping surfaces SSD with no standing water
Clean exposed steel reinforcement of rust and coat with SpecPrep SB
Use only potable water for mixing, at a minimum surface and ambient temperature of 45°F
Clean mixing equipment with water promptly, since SpecPatch 30 is fast-setting
Do not allow repairs to freeze until the material reaches a minimum of 1,000 psi compressive strength
Technical Data Summary
Set Time (70°F, ASTM C266): Initial set 30-40 minutes, final set 60 minutes
Compressive Strength: 1,000 psi at 3 hours, 6,000 psi at 28 days
Shelf Life: 12 months unopened, stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
