Other Products ｜Four Roses Single Barrel Recipe OBSF, OESK, & OESO Bourbon Whiskey Collection

All three of the 2025 Four Roses Single Barrel Collection recipes in one set — OBSF, OESK, and OESO — the way to taste what yeast does to bourbon side by side. Four Roses is the only distillery running two mashbills and five yeast strains into ten distinct bourbon recipes; the standard Single Barrel is always OBSV, and for years the other nine lived only in the gift shop and private barrel picks. In 2025 the distillery put three into wide release at 100 proof, seven to nine years old, and this collection is all three. OBSF: the high-rye B mashbill with the F yeast — Bourbon Guy's mint bomb, floral, crème brûlée, cinnamon, spearmint. OESK: the E mashbill with the K yeast — Bourbon Guy's #1, almond, cherry, caramel, vanilla, baking spice. OESO: the E mashbill with the O yeast — cinnamon, caramel, red fruit, oak, a hint of mint. Two of them share a mashbill and taste nothing alike; that's the point. Honest note: the best bourbon education you can buy for the price of three bottles — and the gift for the Four Roses fan who's tasted Small Batch a hundred times and wants to know what's inside it. Pour all three in a row, same glass, same night.
