The Busker Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey｜ Other Products

The Busker Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is the pot still expression from Royal Oak Distillery in County Carlow, one of the few Irish distilleries producing grain, malt and pot still whiskey on one site. It is triple distilled in copper pot stills from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, aged in bourbon and sherry casks, and bottled at 44.3% ABV (88.6 proof).Unmalted barley is what gives pot still whiskey its signature spice and oily weight. The Busker's version balances that intense spice with toffee, fruit and vanilla, then a long, warm finish with a touch of sherry sweetness. It is one of the most affordable single pot still whiskeys available and drinks well neat or in a pot still Old Fashioned. This 750ml bottle is a smart introduction to Ireland's native whiskey style.
