Empirical Symphony 6｜ Other Products

Empirical Symphony 6 is a 750ml, 80-proof spirit from Empirical, the Copenhagen flavor company founded by noma alumni Lars Williams and Mark Emil Hermansen. Like every Empirical release it starts with a base of koji-fermented barley and is distilled under vacuum at low temperature to preserve fresh aromatics.Symphony 6 layers botanicals, herbs and spices into a bright, multi-dimensional spirit with citrus lift, warm spice and an earthy, savory foundation. It drinks beautifully neat or chilled, and works as an adventurous base for martinis, highballs and stirred cocktails where you want something outside the usual gin and vodka lane.Buy Empirical Symphony 6 online with fast shipping right to your door.
