Vallepicciola extra virgin olive oil is born from an authentic Tuscan tradition, coming from the lush olive groves located in the splendid area of Pievasciata, in the municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga, in the province of Siena. Our company, young but with a strong passion for agriculture, is committed to producing an oil that best expresses the character of the territory.

The varieties of olives used to create this fine oil are Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio, a combination that gives balance and personality to the product. The harvest, strictly manual, generally begins in the first days of November. Immediately after, the olives are processed through a mechanical process that involves cold pressing, followed by centrifugation and filtration to preserve the quality of the oil.

Vallepicciola extra virgin olive oil stands out for its refined and velvety taste, enriched by a hint of spiciness that fades over time, after a few months of maturation in the bottle. Its aromatic notes recall herbaceous freshness, accompanied by a light bitter aftertaste that makes it unique and versatile, perfect for enhancing any dish.
