Scuff: Lightly dull the surface using 600–800 grit sandpaper or a fine gray scuff pad.
Clean: Remove all dust, oil, and fingerprints with isopropyl alcohol.
Promote adhesion: Apply a plastic-compatible adhesion promoter.
Paint: Apply multiple light coats of compatible paint.
Clear coat: Add a compatible clear coat if additional gloss or protection is desired.
Cure: Wait at least 48–72 hours or follow the paint manufacturer’s complete curing time.
Install: Install only after the finish has fully cured.
