The MRCOOL® DIYM327HPW04D23 4-Zone Mini Split System is designed for homeowners who want full-home comfort flexibility with a true do-it-yourself installation. Built around the MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Generation 27,000 BTU multi-zone condenser, this system delivers reliable, energy-efficient heating and cooling across four independently controlled zones, making it ideal for mixed-size rooms, additions, and multi-room layouts.
This bundle combines a 6K, 9K, and 12K BTU wall-mounted air handler configuration, allowing each space to maintain its own temperature without over-conditioning unused areas. Whether it’s a bedroom, office, nursery, or bonus room, each zone operates independently for precise comfort and improved efficiency.
Installation is simplified using MRCOOL® DIY® QuickConnect® technology, eliminating vacuum pumps, refrigerant charging, or licensed HVAC labor. The system includes two 25-foot QuickConnect® line sets plus one extended 50-foot QuickConnect® line set with integrated DIYPRO® cable, giving you maximum routing flexibility for longer or more complex installs.
Premium features like Gold Fin® corrosion protection, Follow Me® temperature sensing, and smart control through the MRCOOL® Smart HVAC Controller® ensure long-term durability and effortless daily operation. Full voice control via Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant is supported.
If you’re looking for a future-proof, energy-efficient multi-zone system that installs cleanly and performs like a professionally installed setup, the MRCOOL® DIYM327HPW04D23 is built to exceed expectations.
