The Hamilton Beach Commercial HBF500 Series, food blender is high performing, it can chop, grind, blend, puree, and emulsify. It offers versatility and it is reliable. The easy-to-use toggle switches, variable speed dial and one-touch CHOP function allow for blending consistency over its wide range of applications. It even has an adjustable speed dial for chop and variable speed functions. The two stainless-steel blades feature four precision-cut surface and can easily cut through your favorite hot or cold ingredients.
This blender's powerful 1 hp motor is strong enough to power through thick ingredients in short amounts of time and is optimized to have a long motor life. The one-touch CHOP function is unique and versatile. It offers you the ultimate control over the consistency of your foods. To use it, press CHOP and set the speed dial.
