Furniture ｜Keravan Puuteollisuus X-leg Dining Table by Ilmari Tapiovaara (Light Green)

X-leg dining table designed by Ilmari Tapiovaara for Keravan Puuteollisuus Oy, Finland, in the 1950s. The table features Tapiovaara's characteristic cross-shaped leg construction, designed to be easily assembled and dismantled while providing a stable base.
This example has a solid birch frame with a light green table top. The simple construction and clean proportions reflect Tapiovaara's functional approach to furniture design, combining practicality with a refined aesthetic. It came from a Finnish youth centre where the tables are custom made for. It is possible that the table top is from a later period. The table is in great condition as can be seen in the pictures.
