White Heather 21 Year Old is the flagship of a historic blended Scotch brand revived by Billy Walker, the master distiller behind GlenAllachie who revived BenRiach and GlenDronach. Blended and matured at the GlenAllachie distillery in Aberlour from malt whiskies including aged GlenAllachie alongside undisclosed Speyside, Highland and Islay malts and mature grain whisky, it is a blend built with the care and cask work of a top single malt.Bottled at 96 proof, non-chill-filtered and naturally colored, after more than two decades in oak with Walker's signature sherry and virgin-oak finishing, it releases honeyed malt and delicate heather on the nose, then a luxurious, velvety palate of butterscotch, toffee, dried fruit and warm spice with a subtle embrace of peat and gentle oak, finishing enduring and resonant. A rare 21-year-old blend at a fraction of the price of the famous names, and a distinguished gift for a Scotch connoisseur.Buy White Heather 21 Year Blended Scotch Whisky online with fast shipping right to your door.
