The Vollrath 38214 ServeWell® SL hot food table’s top, undershelf, and legs are stainless steel—a metal that resists corrosion, dents, and scratches. For use in event halls, restaurants, and buffets, the table can be installed on irregular flooring as its legs can be adjusted for uneven surfaces. Each of its four wells are made of fiber-reinforced resin, which resists rusting and pitting for long-term use. For streamlined product removal, each well has a brass drain valve, and their wide lips help prevent spillage onto the table top. To efficiently store as many as four deep, standard-size food pans, this structure measures 6011⁄16 inches wide by 291⁄2 inches deep by 34 inches high.
For efficient heating, the Vollrath hot food table holds prepared items at 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Using thermostatic heat controls, users can adjust temperatures for each well to support specific food needs. Dome heating elements, which provide direct heating to wells, have a nonstick construction that resists scale collection to ease cleanup and improve long-term performance. When maximum power is needed, operators can rely on capillary tube thermostats. Designed to reduce energy usage, the wells have self-insulating properties.
