KoHana Hemingway Daiquiri｜ Other Products

Kō Hana's Hemingway Daiquiri is the ready-to-drink cocktail that Ernest Hemingway himself would have approved of — and one of the most thoughtfully crafted RTD expressions to come out of Hawaii. The legend goes that when Papa Hemingway first tried a daiquiri at Havana's La Floridita bar, he liked it but made one request: double the rum and nix the sugar. The bartender obliged, added grapefruit juice and maraschino liqueur, and named the new concoction after him — earning Hemingway the nickname "Papa Doble" for his habit of knocking back multiple doubles in one sitting. Kō Hana brings their own Hawaiian spin by building the cocktail on their award-winning agricole-style rum distilled from heirloom Hawaiian sugarcane varieties grown on Oahu — sugarcane that traces its roots to the canoes of early native Hawaiian islanders. The result is a Hemingway Daiquiri with more depth and character than any version built on a standard white rum — tangy grapefruit, sweet cherry, and bright citrus riding on the grassy, funky backbone of genuine Hawaiian heirloom cane. Bottled at 22% ABV in a convenient 375ml glass bottle — simply chill, pour over ice, and garnish with a grapefruit twist. A hidden gem in the KoHana lineup that is bright, crisp, and unexpectedly addictive from the first pour. Buy KoHana Hemingway Daiquiri online with fast shipping right to your door.
